Betty Jo   Glenn Young - Owners of Young's Automotive Center in Houston, Texas for 30+ years and YES (Young's Education System) are both past President of ASA Houston Chapter. Glenn is an instructor and technical advisor for CTI (Carquest Technical Institute) and

Betty Jo is also the CTI management trainer for Texas and Louisiana. She is an AMI graduate and is an ASE certified service consultant. Glenn is president elect of ASA Texas and is an ASE Master Technician with L1 and is an AMI graduate.

Michael Heilman - Michael has been the lead technician and shop manager at Young's Automotive Center for almost fsix years!!

He is ASE certified and very involved in automotive continuing education. Michael was attending CTI classes in Corpus Christi, Texas for several years. Glenn was the instructor and got to know Mike and his ability.

When Mike moved to Houston we were fortunate to get him to become part of our automotive family. He is very quiet and easy to smile. Due to his years of experience and knowlege,you can be confident your vehicle will be well cared for whether you own a new vehicle or are trying to keep you vehicle like new.

James Jackson - James is a three time recipient of the Who?s Who Among American Teachers Award. He is Master ASE Certified in Car, Medium and Heavy Duty Truck. He also received his L1 A.A.S. Degree from San Jacinto College 1991 with a Toyota Specialization.

James has also been a Ford ASSET Instructor Since 1991, and is an Evaluation Team Leader for NATEF (National Automotive Technician Education Foundation), a Technical Competition Manager for The Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills State Semi-Finals Technical Competition, and Manager for the Southwest Regional Ford Ultimate Master Technician Semi-Finals. He is also a VICA/Skills USA Advisor for the San Jacinto College Chapter Experience in Domestic, Import, and Fleet Service.
